Educational qualifications:

Mandatory: 

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute {including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD)}. Professional qualifications in Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible.

Post Qualification Experience:

Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India only. Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks or fintechs will not be considered.

Language Proficiency

Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State they are applying for (reading, writing, speaking and understanding).

Local Languages for North East States:

It has been decided to include ‘English’ language as one of the Local language option for the States listed under serial numbers 12 to 18 in Para 3 of the original advertisement, namely: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland & Tripura. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard marksheet/certificate evidencing having studied the specified Local language of the applied State as one of the subjects will not be required to undergo the language proficiency test.

Location of Posting:

Thereafter, they are liable to be posted by the Bank at its absolute discretion to any of the Branches/ Offices of the Bank or to any place in India.

Selection Procedure

 The selection process comprise of online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview of candidates, qualifying in the online test. 

 However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria/interview process. Bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Multiple Choice/Descriptive/ Psychometric Test / Group Discussion/Interviews or any other selection/shortlisting methodologies for the above position. 

 Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the interview after preliminary screening/short-listing with reference to the candidate’s qualification, suitability, experience etc.

জীৱনটো আৰম্ভ হৈছিল এজন পথিক হিচাপে। মানে দু-ভৰিয়ে খোজ কাঢ়িয়েই জীৱনৰ বেছিভাগ সময় পাৰ হ’ল। ফুটপথৰ পথিকৰ পৰা এতিয়া চাৰিচকীয়া চালক। বহু চহৰ-নগৰত ফুটপথৰ পথিক হৈ ঘুৰিলোঁ আৰু আজিও ঘূৰি ফুৰিবলগীয়া হয়। এদিন এখন বাইচাইকেল চলাব পৰা হ’লো। এদিন এখন মটৰ চাইকেল ল’লো। এইদৰে পাৰ হ’ল কেইবা বছৰ। শেষতীয়াকৈ চাৰি চকীয়া এখন ল’লো। চাৰিচকীয়া গাড়ীখন লোৱাৰ কাহিনী নথকা নহয়। আমাৰ ঘৰৰ পৰা টাউনলৈ ১১ কি.মি. বাট। কম দূৰত্বৰ বাবে আমাক গাড়ীত উঠালে গাড়ী মালিকৰ লাভ কম হয় বুলি তেওঁলোকৰ বিভিন্ন অঙ্গী- ভঙ্গীত প্ৰকাশ পাইছিল। সেয়েহে বাছত উঠিবলৈ হ’লে সদায়ে সকলো উঠি আসনবোৰ অধিকাৰ কৰাৰ পাছত যদি থিয় হ’বলৈ ঠাই থাকে তেতিয়াহে আমি বাছত উঠাৰ সুবিধা পাইছিলো। দৰ্জা মুখৰ ৰেলিঙত ধৰি উলমি যোৱাৰো বহুত অভিজ্ঞতা আছে। আমাৰ বাছৰ যাত্ৰা কোনোদিন সুখকৰ নাছিল। আজিৰ দৰে টেম্পু, মেজিক, ই-ৰিক্সা আদি নাছিল। গাড়ীৰ কনডাক্টৰৰ সেই ব্যৱহাৰ অতি বিৰক্তিকৰ আছিল। তেতিয়াই মনত পন লৈছিলোঁ জীৱনত যদি কিবা কৰিব পাৰোঁ প্ৰথমে গাড়ী এখন ল’ম। এদিন ল'লো। সেয়েহে খৰচ বেছি হ'লেও আজিকালি চাৰিচকাখন লৈয়ে বেছিভাগ ঘূৰা-ফুকা কৰা হয়। আগৰ সেই কনডাক্তৰৰ সেই ব্যৱহাৰৰ পৰা নিজক আতঁৰাই আনিলোঁ।

তথাপি যেতিয়া পথত গাড়ী চলাওঁ মনত ভয় শংকা থাকে। দ্ৰুত গতিত অভাৰটেক কৰা গাড়ীবোৰ পাৰ হৈ গ’লে বুকু চিৰিং কৰি যায়। নাজানোঁ সেই সকল চালকে ক’ত ইমান স্পীডত গাড়ী চলাবলৈ শিকিলে। ৰাজপথৰ সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীৰ দৰে। দামী দামী গাড়ী থকা কিছুলোকৰ কথাই বেলেগ। ৰাজপথটো নিজৰ কৰি লয়। অলপ সময়ৰ বাবে পিছ পৰি ৰ’লেই যেন দামী গাড়ীৰ মান-সন্মান শেষ হৈ যাব। তেওঁলোকৰ দ্বাৰা দূৰ্ঘটনা হোৱাৰ সম্ভাৱনা বেছি আৰু যদি হয় নিমিষতে সকলো শেষ।

ৰাতি বগা লাইট লগা গাড়ীৰ সংখ্যা দিনক দিনে বাঢ়ি আহিছে। বিপৰীত দিশৰ চালকক বাৰুকৈয়ে আমণি কৰে। এই বগা লাইট গাড়ীত লগোৱাটো বন্ধ হ’ব লাগে।

ৰাতি আপাৰ লাইট দি যোৱা সকলৰ কথা নক’লোৱেই। মুঠতে ৰাস্তাত গাড়ী চলাই গ’লে যথেষ্ট কষ্টকৰ অভিজ্ঞতা হয়। আজি কালি আকৌ বাইকাৰ সকলে বাওঁফালৰ পৰা অভাৰটেক কৰি যাব বিচাৰে। য’ত দুৰ্ঘটনা হোৱা সম্ভাৱনা অতি বেছি।

ই-ৰিক্সা চালকসকলে ঘপহ্ কৈ ঘূৰি দিয়াটো যেন এটা ফেশ্বন হৈ পৰিছে। বাইক এখন চলাই ৰাস্তাৰ আধা অধিকাৰ কৰি যোৱা লোকৰ সংখ্যাও কম নহয়।

দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ বাতৰিবোৰ প্ৰায়েই পাই থাকো। নিতৌ। দুৰ্ঘটনাত পতিত হ’লে কম আঘাত পোৱাজনেই দোষী। যদি পথচাৰি জনক বাইচাইকেল এখনে খুন্দিয়াই তাত দোষী চাইকেল চলোৱা জন, যদি চাইকেলখনত খুন্দা লাগে তাত মটৰ চাইকেল চলোৱা জন দোষী, যদি মটৰ চাইকেল খনক গাড়ীৰে খুন্দিয়াই তেন্তে গাড়ীখন দোষী। এইবোৰ যেন নিজে নিজেই গঢ়ি উঠা নিয়ম। দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ ঠাইখিনিত যদি চাহ-তামোল খাই মানুহ দ’ম বান্ধি থাকে তেন্তে আৰম্ভ হৈ যায় মৰেল পুলিচৰ ডিউটি। কেতিয়াবা মৰেল পুলিচৰ শাস্তিত দোষী বা নিদোষী হওক ঘটনা ঘটক জন হস্পিতেল গৈ নাপায়। আধাতে জীৱন শেষ বা ঘূণীয়া কৰি পেলায়। দেশত আইন-কানুন চাবলৈ তেওঁলোককেই যেন দায়িত্বভাৰ দিয়া হৈছে। এই মৰেল পুলিচগিৰি আৰু দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ পাছত পুলিচৰ পৰা সহায়ৰ বিপৰীতে অধিক বিপদত পৰা আশংকাৰ বাবেই হয়তো "Hit and Run" মনোভাৱ গঢ় লৈ উঠিছে।
