Scoparia dulcis L.

 Botanical description: An erect annual branched herb or undershrub. The plant is up to 40 - 70 cm tall; root system deep and branching; stem ribbed; leaves opposite or 3-neatly whorled, glandular, elliptic or rhomboid, 3.0 -4.0 x 1.5 2.0 cm; coarsely serrate, tappering at the base into a short petiole; flowers small, white or bluish-white, axillary, solitary or in racemes; capsule small, ovoid or globose.
